Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AgentLocale's website and services. By purchasing or using any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AgentLocale provides digital presence services for local businesses, including but not limited to: website design and hosting, AI phone agents, AI chatbots, reputation management, SEO/GEO optimization, and lead generation systems.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record.
Setup fees are one-time charges due at the time of purchase or as a deposit.
Monthly fees are recurring charges billed on the same day each month.
Deposit model: Some services require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon your approval of the deliverable.
Prices are in USD. Tax is calculated and collected by LemonSqueezy where applicable.

3. Service Delivery

We aim to deliver most services within 48 hours of payment/approval.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Complex projects may take longer.
You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within 7 days.
Each monthly subscription includes up to 4 updates per month. Additional changes may be quoted separately.

4. Hosting & Uptime

Websites are hosted on Vercel. While Vercel targets 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting continues as long as your monthly subscription is active.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website.
AI phone agent scripts and chatbot knowledge bases are licensed for your business use.
We retain the right to use anonymized examples of our work in marketing materials.

6. Cancellation

Monthly services are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice via email.
No cancellation fees.
Upon cancellation: website hosting ends, AI agents are deactivated, monitoring stops.
We will provide your website files upon request within 30 days of cancellation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or harmful content
Misrepresent your business or services
Send spam or unsolicited communications through our tools

8. Limitation of Liability

AgentLocale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
