Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every service. Here is how refunds and cancellations work for each type of service we offer.

One-Time Services

Review Response Batch ($99)

Refundable within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the quality.
Request a refund by emailing hello@agentlocale.com.

Speed Fix ($350)

Refundable within 14 days if the agreed-upon performance improvements are not achieved.
Performance is measured by before/after Lighthouse scores provided in the deliverable.

Deposit-Based Services

Custom Website ($300 deposit + $600 balance)

Deposit: Refundable if you reject the preview before work begins on the final version.
Balance: Due only after you approve the deliverable. Not charged until you say yes.
If you approve and then want to cancel within 14 days: full balance refunded, site taken down.

AI Phone Agent ($150 deposit + $200 balance)

Deposit: Refundable if you decide not to proceed after hearing the demo.
Balance: Due only after you approve the phone agent configuration.

Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly services (website hosting, AI phone agent, AI chatbot, managed reputation, GBP optimization, SEO, content packages, lead generation):

Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice via email.
No cancellation fees. No penalties.
Service continues through the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial months already billed.
First month: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund for that month.

AI Chatbot ($300 one-time setup)

Refundable within 14 days of delivery if the chatbot does not function as described.
Monthly subscription ($50/mo) follows the monthly cancellation policy above.

Lead Generation System ($1,500–$5,000/mo)

Custom-quoted service. Cancellation terms are specified in your individual service agreement.
Default: 30-day cancellation notice, no refund for partial months.
First month 14-day guarantee applies.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@agentlocale.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 5–10 business days through LemonSqueezy.
